Use the integrated web-based email and messaging service, to which all authorised users have access. Emails can be instantly shared between other authorised users.

Six standard role-based email addresses are provided, that ensire continuity of correspondence as club officers change from year to year. These are:

• admin@yourclub.org.au;
• secretary@yourclub.org.au;
• president@yourclub.org.au;
• treasurer@yourclub.org.au;
• attendance@yourclub.org.au;
• editor@yourclub.org.au.

Additional addresses are, of course, available.

Whoever is appointed into or delegating for that role from time to time is automatically attached to that position. That way, as members move in and out of roles, the official correspondence thread is uninterrupted and preserved for reasons of governance.

Emails can be shared into user-defined Stream Pools on a need-to-know basis, without the burden of tracking forwarding and recipient CCs.
