All authorised users have their own personal calendar to manage appointments and tasks. These, too, can be instantly shared with other authorised users. Tasks and appointments are integrated with the contact management module, so that customer and prospect engagement activity can be measured and tracked.

Tasks can be assigned to other users as required.
