Events and functions are one of the primary fundraising methods clubs use. There is a comprehensive event management service built into your StreamDesk club website console.

Events can be created at will, and provide comprehensive marketing and promotion services, both via the website and automatically integrated into newsletters.
Some of the more important features include:

- Make any event open to the public, members only or both;
- Set up any event as individual seating, tables or both;
- Any event can be configured to accept online payment only, payment on invoice or both. In each case payment status is recorded and tracked;
- Email or SMS personalised reminders, invitations to previous attendees, thank you notes and invitees who haven’t yet responded
- Free and paid events optional;
- The designated event organiser is automatically alerted of all bookings;
- The designated event organiser can manually add bookings;
- Run attendee reports, reports on who's paid / not paid;
- Allow sponsor bookings with/without free tickets;
- Allow block bookings, with or without attendee names;
- Tax invoices or tax receipts are automatically generated as appropriate;
- The event is automatically publicised on the website, is automatically published into your events calendar and can be merged into any members-only or wider distribution newsletter / bulletin;
- Entry tickets can be bar-coded to simplify recording of attendees and to reduce fraud;
- Event venues each have their own Google map;
- Allocate members-only discounts and other price-breaks;
- Any eventcan be assigned to any member or external party to manage;

- Alow break-out sessions, meal bookings, special diet requests, parking tickets, group ticketing, bar coded entry, transport bookings and other peripheral options;
- Bookings can be made via PC, tablet, laptop or mobile phone or manually through the designated event organiser.
